Inspired Italian Dining Experience Brings Its Glow to Westlake Village

September 14th, 2010

Westlake Village, CA (PRWEB) May 12, 2004 -

– Alessio Ristorante Italiano co-owners Tony and Jacqueline Alessio today formally announced the grand opening of Alessio at 3731 East Thousand Oaks Boulevard in Westlake Village. The Alessio Italian fine dining concept, which includes the restaurant, music lounge, piano and full-service bar, extensive wine list, and private party room, with its flagship restaurant location at 6428 Platt Avenue in West Hills, and a second location at 9725 Reseda Boulevard in Northridge, now has a beautiful, new third location in Westlake Village.

The setting is pure Bellagio, from the caramel-hued tile floors to the Renaissance inspired painted ceilings. The artful and elegant Mediterranean interior décor throughout the expansive main dining area, and spacious lounge and piano bar, was designed by Jacqueline. The interior is rich with burgundy accents, custom glassworks, and soft lighting, furnished with overstuffed brown and burgundy brocade lounge and dining room chairs, and complemented by striking handcrafted pieces, all expertly arranged to create an impressive yet comfortable and intimate atmosphere. “There’s really nothing like it in the area – it’s a place where everything just blends together perfectly. The surroundings, the energy, the food, the service — we want to create a complete, unique experience for our guests,” shares Tony.

Once you’ve been enveloped by the plush surroundings and attentive, gracious staff, be prepared for an extensive menu, created by Tony and Chef Mario, which offers something for everyone. Begin with an appetizer, such as the traditional Antipasto Al Italianio, zuppe (soup), or salad choice (the Insalata Calamari is most popular.)

Next, there’s an immense listing of entrées that range from the basic to the sublime, including a full pages of pasta dishes, from the classic Ravioli Della Casa to the Fetuccine Al la Radicchio; and chicken, scampi, gourmet pizza, and risotto selections. “All of our food, from the bread to the dessert, is homemade and made-to-order” says Tony. “Our goal is to deliver expertly prepared, beautifully presented Italian fine cuisine and create a memorable dining experience — one that will make you feel that you’ve really been somewhere special,” Tony concluded.

Alessio is located at 3731 East Thousand Oaks Boulevard in Westlake Village, California 91362. Alessio is open from seven days a week, from 11:30 a.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday and from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
